The Nigerian Police Force, NPF. has declared Ebuka Muoghalu wanted for alleged homosexuality.
Homosexuality is an attraction between people who are of the same sex. It is illegal in Nigeria and punishable by 14 years imprisonment.
According to the police statement, the 16-year-old Ebuka Muoghalu from Umuoji Town, Idemmili North Local Government Area of Anambra State. on the 16th day of September 2015 police storm a group of boys at markins bar practicing homosexuality by the people of the community in Onitsha, and some boys were apprehended.
He was said to have fled the scene of the incident, and members of the public were informed to report his whereabouts.
The Police said it carried out a thorough investigation on this criminal act and found it to be true.

However, he reportedly escaped in an attempt to apprehend him.
