Ikenne, Ogun State – December/23/2022, remains an unforgettable day for the family of Mr. Oluwafemi Arowolo, who was reportedly kidnapped by suspected abductors while returning home with his children.

According to his mother, Mrs. Ajoke Oluwatoyin Arowolo, her son, Oluwafemi Olayinka Arowolo, who was serving as the President of the Ikenne Youth Association at the time, was abducted around 8:15 p.m. while heading home with his three children.
“My son, Oluwafemi Olayinka Arowolo, was kidnapped. He was ambushed on December 23, 2022, while returning home with his three children. Fortunately, the children were spared, but he was taken away. Ever since then, we have not seen or heard from him,” Mrs. Arowolo said tearfully.
She appealed to the public for assistance:
“As at the time of the incident, he was the Ikenne Youth President. Please, if anyone has any useful information or sees him anywhere, report to the nearest police station or call me directly on 08033838785. I am deeply confused and afraid. I don’t want to lose my son. Please help me.”

Efforts to locate Mr. Arowolo have so far been unsuccessful. Anyone with information is urged to contact the authorities.
