The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) is set to confer fellowship on eminent bankers and industry leaders at its 2024 Fellowship Investiture ceremony. The event, scheduled for October 26, 2024, at Harbour Points Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, will see 646 awardees honored for their meritorious services and contributions to the industry and economy.
Among the awardees are:
- Mr. Moruf Oseni, HCIB, MD/CEO, Wema Bank Plc
- Mr. Bolaji Lawal, HCIB, MD/CEO, Ecobank Nigeria Ltd
- Mr. Korede Adenowo, HCIB, Managing Director/CEO, First Bank UK Limited
- Mr. Dalu Ajene, HCIB, MD/CEO, Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Ltd
- Dr. Olasupo Olusi, HCIB, Managing Director/CEO, Bank of Industry
The event will feature a keynote address by Prof. Adeola Adenikinju, President, Nigerian Economic Society, and will be attended by stakeholders in the industry, including captains of industry, top government and diplomatic officials, and financial decision-makers.
His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, Executive Governor, Nasarawa State, will be the Special Guest of Honour, while Dr. Stella Chinyelu Okoli, OON, Group Managing Director/CEO, Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, will chair the occasion.
