The Lagos State Printing Corporation (LSPC) received high praise from the Lagos State House Committee on Information, Strategy & Security during a working visit to the Corporation’s Ikeja headquarters in Lagos recently.
Led by the Committee Chairman, Hon. Stephen Ogundipe, and joined by other officials including Hon. Samuel Apata, Chairman of the Committee on Public Procurement, and Mr. Olumide Sogunle, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Information & Strategy, the delegation lauded LSPC’s commitment to staff welfare and infrastructural advancements.
In his address, Hon. Ogundipe described LSPC as a “pride to the Committee,” highlighting its exceptional focus on staff welfare, professional development opportunities, and modernization efforts. “LSPC has demonstrated that public institutions can compete favorably with private enterprises when managed effectively,” Ogundipe said.

The delegation was particularly impressed with LSPC’s investment in state-of-the-art printing machines, which have enhanced operational efficiency and print quality. These upgrades, according to Hon. Ogundipe, align with Lagos State’s vision of integrating innovation and technology into public service delivery.
During the visit, the Corporation’s General Manager, Hon. Kolawole Peregrino, expressed gratitude for the recognition and outlined the organization’s dedication to global best practices, including adopting sustainable and eco-friendly production methods. Peregrino highlighted how the new equipment has reduced turnaround times and increased the Corporation’s capacity to handle large-scale and specialized printing projects, benefiting both public and private sector clients.
The Committee engaged in an interactive session with LSPC staff, gathering feedback and suggestions for further improvement. Members underscored the importance of ongoing investment in infrastructure and human capital to sustain the Corporation’s leading position in the printing industry.

Hon. Ogundipe reaffirmed the Committee’s support for LSPC, commending its achievements as a testament to effective governance in public institutions. “The Lagos State Printing Corporation is not just an institution; it is a model of excellence, and we are proud to be associated with it,” he concluded.
The visit ended with a group photograph and a renewed commitment from the Committee to support LSPC’s vision and mission.
