Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, has vowed to end the 21-year electricity blackout at the Uli campus of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University and upgrade its infrastructure. This campus is not forgotten. Our administration is committed to leaving no one behind. Education remains Anambra’s future, and we are investing in human capital that is productive locally and globally,” he said.
Soludo also pledged to commence the gradual reconstruction of internal campus roads and digitalize the institution’s operations to position it competitively in the modern academic landscape.
The Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, praised the governor’s education-focused initiatives, describing him as a leader deeply committed to transformative policies.
