The Commissioner of the Public Complaints Commission (PCC), FCT, Hon. Musa Dikko, has praised Julius Berger Nigeria Plc for its commitment to regulatory compliance and fair labour practices, stating that the company deserves an award for maintaining a record free of public complaints.

Speaking during a courtesy visit to Julius Berger’s headquarters, Dikko acknowledged the long-standing cooperation between the PCC and the construction giant. He commended the company’s consistent excellence in project execution and its approach to compensation matters, particularly in the FCT.

“Every construction project handled by Julius Berger is nearly perfect. No one is perfect, but their commitment to quality and fairness stands out,” he said. He further noted that Julius Berger’s prompt and fair compensation process has set it apart from other construction firms, ensuring that affected individuals feel at ease. “Where there is no peace, there can be no development, and for this, Julius Berger deserves recognition,” he added.

PCC’s State Director of Investigation, Irene Chuka Ogbogu, also commended the company for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts and strict adherence to due diligence in its operations.

Responding to the commendation, Julius Berger’s Director of Administration, Alh. Dr. Abdulaziz Kaita, reaffirmed the company’s dedication to upholding workers’ and community rights while maintaining compliance with all regulatory frameworks. “As a company, we strive to operate within legal and ethical guidelines. Our cooperation with the PCC has been mutually beneficial, and we will continue to support its mandate of protecting people’s rights and ensuring compliance,” he assured.
