The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) on May 15, 2025, held a strategic Customer Interactive Session at its headquarters in Abuja, drawing participation from both FCMB pension clients and non-FCMB pension contributors within the Corps.

The session created an open platform for dialogue on critical issues surrounding pension fund management. Discussions centered on best practices in pension administration, emerging challenges and opportunities in the sector, as well as staff concerns and feedback aimed at enhancing service delivery.

FRSC officials, alongside pension administrators, exchanged insights on how to optimize pension benefits and ensure financial stability for personnel after retirement. The event underscored the importance of transparency, accountability, and proactive engagement in safeguarding the long-term welfare of staff.
