The Nigeria Police Force has declared one Samuel Amiokhabhor wanted after he was reportedly caught in the act of bisexual affair, a practice that is prohibited in Nigerian laws and constitutions.

A statement made available to journalists in Lagos stated that the incident occurred at a popular bar in Egbeda area of Alimosho Local Government in Lagos State on the 7th of February 2025, when Samuel Amiokhabhor approached and attempted to woo and lure his fellow man named Jonathan Adebayo into having an affair with him.

Jonathan Adebayo, feeling shocked and uncomfortable for such an illicit act which is a taboo in Nigerian culture and constitution, reacted aggressively to his advances and was said to have alerted other customers and staff of the bar about the situation.
Samuel Amiokhabhor was immediately dragged out of the bar, manhandled and tortured by Jonathan Adebayo and the crowd over the sacrilegious act, before he eventually escaped.

According to latest reports, the Adebayos are in search of Samuel Amiokhabhor and they have also reported him to the police and in order to trace him and arrest him, the police has declared Samuel Amiokhabhor wanted, with Jonathan Adebayo vowing to trace him and prosecute him whenever and wherever he is found.

In the news gathered, Samuel Amiokhabhor who hailed from Edo State and reside in Lagos has been on the run having been informed that he has been declared wanted by the police authority and the Adebayo family.

Investigations later carried out revealed that Samuel Amiokhabhor has been into bisexual practices for many years and was introduced into the illegal affair by his friend during their time in higher institution as undergraduates.

Bisexual practices are prohibited under the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria and attracts the punishments of up to fourteen years’ imprisonment.
Having learnt about the sentences that is at hand, and the penalties that follows, Samuel Amiokhabhor has reportedly fled his abode for unknown destination and has since gone missing
