CHANGE OF NAME
I, Nwachukwu Amaka Jeniffer, wish to inform the general public that I was formerly known and addressed as Nwachukwu Amaka Jeniffer.
Due to correction of name for consistency across my official documents, I now wish to be known and addressed as Nwachukwu Jennifer Amaka.
All former documents bearing my previous name remain valid.
The general public should please take note.
