Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited has appointed Ejiro Obodo as its new Corporate Communication Manager. An award-winning communications leader, Obodo brings over 15 years of experience spanning journalism, public relations, strategic communications, and research.
He previously served as Online Editor at BusinessDay, leading the publication’s digital expansion, and has held senior roles at NewGlobe, Caritas Communications, and Zenera Consulting. Most recently, as Communications Director at NewGlobe, he played a pivotal role in government-led education reforms, including EdoBEST, BayelsaPRIME, and KwaraLEARN. EdoBEST, a $75 million World Bank-funded program, is globally recognized for advancing literacy and numeracy at scale.
Obodo has also consulted for top energy and logistics firms, including Total Energies, Seplat Plc, ExxonMobil, and Lekoil, developing strategies for landmark projects like Total Energies’ $16 billion Egina FPSO initiative.
At Pinnacle Oil and Gas, he will lead corporate communications, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement, reinforcing the company’s position as a leading petroleum marketing and logistics provider in Nigeria.
