YThe Federal Ministry of Transportation has recorded an impressive outing at the 44th Edition of the Federation of Public Service Games (FEPSGA), held recently in Yola, Adamawa State, winning several medals across different sporting events.
The victorious Team Transportation formally presented the medals to the Honourable Minister of Transportation, Senator Said Ahmed Alkali, during a courtesy visit to his office in Abuja.
The presentation was led by the team leader, Engr. Samson N. Ojon, who described the achievement as a reflection of teamwork, discipline, and strong institutional support.
In a symbolic gesture, the Director of Human Resources, Mshelbwala Ibrahim Musa, decorated the Honourable Minister with the medals won by the ministry’s athletes, underscoring the ministry’s commitment to staff welfare, unity, and sporting excellence.
Engr. Ojon, while congratulating the Minister, expressed profound appreciation for Senator Alkali’s unwavering support and encouragement, noting that the motivation provided by the ministry’s leadership played a key role in the team’s outstanding performance at the games.
The Minister, in his remarks, commended the team for making the ministry proud and reaffirmed the Federal Ministry of Transportation’s dedication to promoting sports, healthy competition, and staff development as vital components of public service efficiency.
