Governor Malam Umar Namadi has approved the appointment of three new Permanent Secretaries to fill existing vacancies in the State Civil Service.
The approval was contained in a statement signed by the State Head of Service, Alhaji Muhammad K. Dagaceri. According to the statement, the appointments are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the civil service and enhance effective governance in the state.
The Directors elevated to the position of Permanent Secretaries are Dr. Salisu Abdullahi, Ashiru Muhammed, and Yunusa Usman.
The Head of Service explained that the appointments were made based on merit, personal integrity, and proven competence. He noted that the selection process reflects the administration’s commitment to professionalism and efficiency in the public service.
While congratulating the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries, Alhaji Dagaceri expressed confidence that they would bring their wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of their new responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to the development of the state.
The appointments take immediate effect.
