The CEO Connect Forum Nigeria, hosted by Shared Value Africa, Lagos Business School Sustainability Centre, and ZER Consulting Africa, brought together top executives to discuss integrating Creating Shared Value (CSV) into business strategy for sustainable growth. The event launched Shared Value Nigeria, aiming to foster partnerships and promote societal impact.

Speakers included Tiekie Barnard, CEO of Shared Value Africa; Adeolu Adewumi-Zer, CEO of Shared Value Nigeria; Rashidat Adebisi, Chief Client Officer at AXA Mansard; Karen Basiye, Director of Sustainable Business and Social Impact at Safaricom; and Jessica Chivinge, Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer at Vitality Health International.

They emphasized the importance of shared value in driving business innovation, growth, and societal impact. The forum aimed to inspire businesses to adopt the CSV approach, enhancing reputation, attracting investment, and addressing societal issues.

The event was supported by AXA Mansard, Zenith Bank Plc, Wema Bank Plc, Unilever Nigeria, and Nestlé Nigeria, and is part of the Shared Value Africa initiative to grow the community of African Shared Value leaders.
