The Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC) has stated that it has not begun bulk sales or opened its purchase portal, as key operational processes are still being finalized.
Olufemi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Ltd, explained that the products currently available are sourced from the Dangote Refinery and include Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) fees. At this time, PHRC products are only distributed through the company’s retail outlets.
The company reiterated that pricing is reviewed periodically to reflect operational realities and cautioned against misinformation regarding price changes. PHRC assured that any updates on pricing would be communicated through official channels.
Soneye expressed gratitude for the public’s patience and support as the company completes its preparatory processes.
