NOVA Bank has announced the appointment of two new Executive Directors, David Isiavwe and Chinwe Iloghalu, as part of its strategy to strengthen its leadership team and drive growth. Dr. Isiavwe joins as Executive Director, Operations and Information Technology, while Mrs. Iloghalu takes on the role of Executive Director, Institutional and Commercial Banking.
Dr. Isiavwe brings over 30 years of banking experience and a wealth of expertise in digital transformation, having worked in domestic and international banks. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Fellow Compliance Institute of Nigeria (FCIN), among other professional certifications. His appointment underscores NOVA’s focus on digital transformation and technology-driven innovation.
Mrs. Iloghalu joins with nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in business and corporate banking.
She has made significant contributions in sectors such as energy, corporate, commercial, and digital banking, creating sustainable value and returns for key stakeholders. Her expertise will be instrumental in driving NOVA’s commercial banking rollout across all key business development segments.
