Nigerian jurisprudence is set to receive a boost on Wednesday,10th of December , 2025 with a public presentation in Lagos of a new legal text, Contemporary Law of Tort in Nigeria.
The book, authored by Uche Val Obi, SAN, is expected to make a significant contribution to the development and understanding of tort law in our nation Nigeria.
The event will be chaired by Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, while the book will be reviewed by Professor Fabian Ajogwu, SAN.
Val Obi, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Founding Partner of Alliance Law Firm in Nigeria, he is a renowned legal practitioner and scholar who has authored several notable legal works, such as the pioneering text Class Action in Nigeria.
Legal practitioners, academic scholars and stakeholders in the judiciary system are expected to attend the presentation.
