National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, has congratulated the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, OON, on her 66th birthday, describing her as a compassionate leader whose service has touched lives across the country.
In a birthday message issued on behalf of the APC National Working Committee, party leaders and millions of members nationwide, Yilwatda commended Senator Tinubu for her contributions to education, healthcare, women and youth empowerment, as well as support for vulnerable Nigerians.
The APC chairman said the First Lady had demonstrated through the Renewed Hope Initiative and other interventions that leadership was about restoring dignity, rekindling hope and giving citizens confidence in a better future.
He described Senator Tinubu as a “true mother of the nation,” noting that her compassion and interventions had transcended political, ethnic, religious and geographical boundaries.
According to him, her quiet acts of kindness and commitment to humanitarian causes have made her a source of comfort and inspiration to many Nigerians.
Yilwatda also praised the First Lady for her support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the administration pursues its economic transformation and national renewal agenda.
He said her strength, wisdom, prayers and understanding had provided an important pillar of support to the President as he navigates the challenges and responsibilities of leading the country.
“Your partnership exemplifies the power of shared purpose in the service of a nation,” the APC chairman said.
Yilwatda prayed that God would continue to strengthen and preserve the First Lady, granting her good health, wisdom, grace and renewed energy to continue her service to Nigerians.
He also prayed for continued blessings upon her family and her union with the President, expressing hope that she would continue to touch more lives through compassion and service.
“May your life continue to be a blessing to Nigeria and humanity. Happy 66th birthday, Your Excellency,” he said.
