Femi Otedola, chairman of FBN Holdings and principal owner of Geregu Power, has accused Zenith Bank of fraudulent activities involving his company, Seaforce Shipping Limited.
Otedola alleges that Zenith Bank engaged in unauthorized transactions and created a fictitious loan running into billions of Naira.
The allegations have led to legal action and an investigation by the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID). Zenith Bank has yet to comment on the matter.
