An NGO, Cute Kids Haven Foundation (CKHF) has said that children’s day celebration was an opportunity for all to recognised the importance of providing quality education, healthcare, protection, and love to every child.
Ms Toyin Abegunde, an administrator at CKHF disclosed this in Lagos on Monday during the NGO Children’s day celebration.
Abegunde said that It was our collective responsibility to empower and support them in their journey towards a brighter future.
She said by nurturing their talents, encouraging their dreams, and fostering a compassionate environment, we could build a society where every child’s rights are secured and protected.
“Our NGO strives to make a positive impact on the lives of these young souls, promoting their overall wellbeing, health, and education.
“Through various initiatives, campaigns, and collaborations, we aim to create a society where no child is left behind, and the rights of every child are upheld.
Today, as we gather here to celebrate Children’s Day, we have arranged a special day full of exciting activities, games, performances, and surprises, all dedicated to our little ones.
“We hope to see their faces light up with joy, laughter, and sheer happiness, creating memories that will last a lifetime” she said.
Abegunde said that on behalf of their NGO, we would like to expressed our deepest gratitude to all the supporters, volunteers, and sponsors who have played an instrumental role in making this event possible.
She said that their commitment and dedication to the cause of children’s welfare are truly commendable, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
She said to all the children present here today, we want you to know that you are cherished, loved, and valued. You are the inspiration behind our efforts. We believe in you, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure a better world for you to thrive in.
She urged everyone to embrace the spirit of childhood, celebrate the dreams of our little ones, and make this Children’s Day an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
